What You'll Actually Learn

This isn't theory for theory's sake. Over sixteen weeks, you'll build progressively complex models based on real business situations. Each phase focuses on practical skills you can apply immediately.

Foundation Phase (Weeks 1-4)

Start with proper model structure and Excel fundamentals. You'll learn why organization matters when models get complicated and how to avoid common mistakes that create errors.

Statement Building (Weeks 5-8)

Build integrated financial statements from scratch. Connect income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow in ways that reflect actual business operations and maintain consistency.

Valuation Methods (Weeks 9-12)

Learn DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions. Understand when each method makes sense and how to present valuations that stakeholders will trust.

Applied Projects (Weeks 13-16)

Work on comprehensive case studies drawn from real Thai companies. You'll present your models to the group and receive feedback on both technical accuracy and communication clarity.

What Past Participants Say

These are unedited comments from people who completed the program. Results depend on your effort and prior experience.

Former Participant

Completed 2024

I came in knowing basic Excel but struggled with connecting financial statements properly. The instructors caught my formula errors early and showed me better approaches. By week ten, I could build clean three-statement models without constant debugging.

Program Graduate

Completed 2024

The case studies used actual Thai company data which made everything more relevant. I appreciated that they didn't promise unrealistic outcomes. Instead, they focused on building solid technical skills and understanding where models break down in practice.

Next Program Starts September 2025
